While this tender pork tenderloin rubbed in our special adobo dry rub with chipotles is AMAZING, the star of this meal is the mexican street corn carrot sticks! They are roasted with cumin & chili powder, then drizzled with a lime juice, garlic & honey concoction and topped with cotija cheese & fresh sliced jalapeno. Oh yeah, don't forget, the cilantro-jalapeno sauce has been around since the beginning, and is beautiful, bright green, and so tasty.
