Wednesday (4/2): Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Pork Tenderloin, White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, and Garlic Roasted Asparagus (Gluten-Free)

There is so much to love with this meal! It's like our version of Turduckin- but instead of a chicken inside of a duck inside of a turkey, we have jalapeno popper stuffing inside of a pork tenderloin that's wrapped in bacon. Even better, we've paired it with a side of creamy white cheddar mashed potatoes for a completely mind blowing meal. And, not to be forgotten, there's a side of garlic roasted asparagus to balance out this awesome meal!
