Beef Bourguignon (Julia Child Recipe) (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)
It's the perfect weather for a bourguignon - it's also a crowd pleaser, so it will be great to have around during the weekend/week! It's also freezer friendly (even will come in a freezer friendly container!), so order up to have on hand! Cook some extra rice or mashed potatoes and serve over that for a rounded meal!
Ingredients: Olive Oil, Beef Brisket, Carrots, Yellow Onion, Fresh Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Tapioca Flour, Pearl Onions, Red Wine, Beef Stock, Tomato Paste, Fresh Thyme, Fresh Parsley, Bay Leaves, White Mushrooms
Orders for the "Thursday Stock-the-Fridge Menu" are due on Monday (12/16) @ 5:30 PM. Deliveries are on Thursday (12/19) between 2:30 and 5:30 PM.
This menu is a collaboration of casseroles, sides, soups, veggies & quiches. Everything is great to have in the fridge for the family, as well as guests that will be staying with you for Christmas. All of it is also great to bring to a holiday party! Everything is freezer friendly, except the broccoli salad - All has an “enjoy by” date of Christmas Day, so if you haven’t eaten it by Christmas day, go ahead and throw it in your freezer. Katie’s Plates won’t be making deliveries the week of Christmas, so go ahead and stock up while you can! We will be back on regular deliveries Monday, December 30th.
